Training for Adults

At the newly refurbished Dance Centre Osmijeh we have training sessions for all women who want to take care of themselves, their health and body. The programs are designed to offer you a diverse selection of exercises and you can choose the program that best fits your needs. You will find a pleasant environment and work in small and large groups. Trial classes are free.

 

 

1. BODYFEELING (JOGA + PILATES + DANCE)

THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES:

The program helps with spinal problems, headache, nervousness, circulation, digestion, insomnia...

 

You can also choose from 2 dynamic programs in small groups of a maximum of 5 participants to obtain a completely individual approach:

2. FAT BURN

It is an extremely effective training medium high intensity characterized by dynamic exercise program. In addition to heating with simple choreography and entertainment you have various combinations of exercises that works to reduce body fat and improve fitness. After the fitness part you have targeted strength training in order to consolidate and shape the body and at the end you have exercises of stretching and relaxation.

3. TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

It is designed to act on the "critical" zone of women and is therefore a variety of exercises to foster muscular thighs, abdomen, back and buttocks, but there are also exercises for strengthening other muscle groups in order to spread to the whole body. Exercises are performed with the use of props and your own body weight, and since there are not many jumps program is appropriate for all those who have certain problems with joints.

 

If you want something different for your health, detoxification and relaxation and you have 3 programs of yoga exercises in small groups of up to 7 participants:

4. POWER YOGA

This is a dynamic style of yoga where we align breathing with changing of progressive position so that through the process of increasing the internal temperature, by sweating we detoxify muscles and organs in the whole body. The aim of this exercise is to improve blood circulation, get a feeling of lighter and stronger body and calm the mind. Structure of the lessons consists of greeting the sun, standing asanas and balance, sitting asanas, bend, twist, and inversion.
